Common Questions
Everything you need to know about our valuation, management, and agency services. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out to our team.
Valuation Services
Typically, we require a copy of the Title Deed, a current KRA PIN of the owner, and a Site Map or Mutation form. Additional documents like a recent rent demand or search certificate may be requested depending on the purpose of the valuation (e.g., for bank lending, insurance, or court probate).
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 working days. This includes the physical site inspection and the desktop analysis required to produce a comprehensive, evidence-based report. For urgent requests, we offer an expedited service where possible.
We are on the panels of over 20 major banks and SACCOs in Kenya, including KCB, Equity Bank, Co-operative Bank, NCBA, and Standard Chartered. We recommend confirming with us or your bank's credit department during your application process.
Property Management
Our management fees are competitive and typically charged as a percentage of the gross monthly rent collected. The exact percentage depends on the type of property (residential vs commercial) and the scope of services required (full management vs rent collection only). Contact us for a tailored quote.
We employ a rigorous screening process that includes credit checks, employment verification, and references from previous landlords. Our goal is to ensure high-quality occupancy and minimize potential defaults or property damage.
Agency & Sales
We use a multi-channel approach including professional photography, high-end video tours, listings on major real estate portals, targeted social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook), and our extensive private database of high-net-worth investors.
