The estate has an imposing gate house that includes the guard and management offices and also has one entry and exit point to enhance security. There are designated visitors parking and drop zones both in and out of the Estate.

Construction is complete and the handing over is ongoing. Almost 55% of the units have so far been occupied.
This comprises 60 units of Type 1’s & 3’s only. Construction is ongoing and completion is April 2017. Approximately 85% of the units have already been sold.
Sales for this phase have just been launched. This comprises 40 units of Type 1’s & 3’s only. Construction will commence by March 2017 and will take 18 months to complete. Bookings are currently ongoing.
